Welcome To Our Blog, Edmontonians……

Ladies, Multicultural Breast Health (MBH) educators of Edmonton want to welcome you to our Blog! As you may know, MBH is an Edmonton based breast health awareness program. Our goal is not only to educate women of all cultural background, helping them understand the importance of awareness; but also to arrange various screening services such as mammograms to those touched by Cancer and support them in other manners. Language should not be a barrier as we, MBH educators, are of Chinese, South-Asian, Latin, Arabic, Somali and Vietnamese descent.

Cancer doesn't favour a certain race or ethnicity, women of all background can be touched by this disease. For that reason, understanding the nature of the disease and getting screened at an early stage would make the battle easier to fight and greatly increase the chance of survival. Therefore hand-in-hand we shall be a strong bond, one stronger than cancer in hope for a brighter future…..A future that overcame Breast Cancer: A Breast Cancer-free Future!

Please share your stories, whether it’s a personal experience or of a loved one that was or is touched by Cancer. Sharing is extremely welcomed as it not only makes an individual feel lighter, but can give a touch of hope, strength and encouragement to another woman affected directly or indirectly by Cancer. Also, feel free to contact us with any suggestions or certain features you would like to see on our Blog.

We look forward to meeting each and every one of you in our upcoming events. Wishing you a GOOD DAY, 美好的一天 , Ten Un Buen Dia, Maalin Wanaagsan, خوش آمدی, नमस्ते , يوم سعيد , Tốt Ngày!!!
