Reminders! Start your new year by reminding your self and your loved ones of the importance of keeping up to date on breast awareness. It is always good to keep breast awareness fresh in our minds. This brief and rich information is a general approach to being aware of your breasts, how to evaluate your changes, and what to do. Spread the word around you. It is provided by Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF).
The CBCF strives to keep you informed of latest research methods in breast health. According to the CBCF website, both women and men should practice breast awareness: "know how your breasts normally look and feel, so that you notice any unusual changes earlier and discuss your concerns with a health care provider."
Some of these changes are normal, but others are not. The abnormal ones may be cause by a "benign (noncancerous) condition, or they may be a sign of cancer."
When you know your breasts, you will be better equipped in recognizing what is normal and what is not.
The CBCF provides the following links to educate you about breast awareness; explore them and take your time absorbing the right practices. Your breast health is in your hands:

Of course, never hesitate to consult with your health care provider with any concerns you have regarding your breast health.
